Special Town Board Meeting – December 28, 2007

The special Town Board Meeting was called to order by Chairman, Ed Coffen at 4:10 P.M.  in the

Town office of the Raymond F. Sloan Community Center.

Present:  Chairman, Ed Coffen, Supervisor, Jack Dunbar

Absent:  Supervisor, Rick Mazurczak

The meeting was called to order by Chairman, Ed Coffen.  A motion was made by Ed Coffen to approve the December 28, 2007 Agenda; seconded by Jack Dunbar.  Motion carried.

A motion was made by Ed Coffen to go into a closed session under S.S. 19.85 (1) (c) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.  No motions will be made in closed session.  Motion seconded by Jack Dunbar.  Motion carried.

Reconvene to open session – motion made by Ed Coffen; seconded by Jack Dunbar.  Motion carried.

*Employee Health Insurance – Discussion/Action – Ed Coffen made a motion that the Town of Lake Tomahawk will change Employee Health Insurance from WPS to Anthem Blue Cross and to fund a Health Saving Account, a medical I.R.A.  Motion seconded by Jack Dunbar.  Motion carried.

Motion at 4:25 P.M. made by Ed Coffen to adjourn the meeting; seconded by Jack Dunbar.  Motion carried.

*Correction made at regular Town board meeting held on Jan. 9, 2008 – Motion included the dollar amount for the Health Savings Account that being $2500.00 for a single and $5000.00 for family.
