Special Town Board Meeting

August 4, 2008 – 8:00 A.M.

The Town Board of the Town of Lake Tomahawk will hold a Special Town Board Meeting on Monday, August 4, 2008 at 8:00 a.m. in the Town Office of the Raymond F. Sloan Community Center.

The agenda will be:

1.         Call to order

2.         Approve the agenda of August 4, 2008

3.         It is anticipated that the Town Board will go into closed session under:

19.85 (1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.  (Discuss union contract with Union Representative and Town Attorney.

4.         Reconvene to Open Session

5.         Adjournment
