The Town Board of the Town of Lake Tomahawk will hold the regular monthly Town Board meeting at 7:00 P. M. on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 in the Raymond F. Sloan Community Center.

10. Plan Commission issues and response to ATV’s access to Town roads – Discussion/Action
11. Work on adopting an ordinance for winter time use of ATV’s on Town roads from Lake Tomahawk boat landing to the businesses downtown. Discussion/ Action
12. Amendment of Ordinance Chapter 167 Moving of Buildings. Discussion/Action
13. Contract with Northern Waste for Town Clean-Up – Discussion/Action
14. Elaine McCarthy – Town wide rummage sale coordinated by the Information Booth. Discussion/Action
15. Adopting a resolution to giving certain officers or employees the authority to make expenditures without prior Town Board approval. Discussion/Action
