Lake Tomahawk Website Committee Meeting Minutes
Wednesday November 11, 2009
Members Attending: Gary Sowatzka, Pat Wingo, Rock Mazurczak, Bob Williams.
Excused: Joanne Krueger
1. Meeting called to order by Chairman Gary Sowatzka at 7:04 pm
2. Motion by Bob Second by Pat to approve the agenda for the November 11, 2009 meeting, motion carried.
3. Motion by Pat Second by Bob to approve the minutes for the October 7, 2009 minutes, motion carried.
4. Citizen’s input/concerns:
a. Rick Presented pictures of the Children’s Halloween party for placement on the website.
5. Website Updates:
a. Pat will email Gary the information on the Christmas Tree lighting for the website.
b. Gary put information on “What’s Happening at the Sloan Center?” on the website which included
Senior Meals, Open Gym, Walking in Gym, Home School & Town Office Hours.
c. Gary will get the information for the website on the Children’s Christmas Party, Ice skating & Sledding
Ice Skating and Sledding will be at the Boat Landing’s original parking lot.
d. Discussion was held on Frontier’s proposal for DSL & Modem for the Information Booth. Motion by
Pat second by Rick to table action until the December Committee meeting, Motion carried.

7. Date for Next Meeting:
Motion by Gary second by Pat to set December 2, 2009 at 7:00 pm for the next Meeting Motion Carried.
8. Motion to adjourn at 7:50 pm by Pat second by Rick, motion carried
